Promotions & Offers

We love treating our clients from time to time, and any promotions or special offers will run on the specific dates shared and confirmed by your stylist at the time of booking. All offers are subject to availability and apply only during the advertised promotional period.

Promotions are for individual use only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. One promotional offer may be used per client per visit.

Please note that promotions will not be available during the months of December or April, and standard pricing will apply during these periods.

To keep things running smoothly, we reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

Only one gift card or offer may be used per appointment.

Competitions & Raffles

From time to time, we may run competitions or raffles as a little thank-you to our clients and followers. Full details of each competition or raffle, including entry requirements, closing dates, and prize information, will be clearly shared at the time of the promotion.

Competitions and raffles are open to participants aged 18 and over unless stated otherwise. Entry requirements may vary and will be outlined in the individual competition details.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services. Winners will be selected fairly and contacted using the details provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Raffle tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased before the stated closing date. All raffles are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time if necessary.

By entering any competition or raffle, participants agree to these terms and any additional terms stated at the time of entry.

Booking Policy & Important Information

Prices reflect the experience of your stylist and are listed as ‘From’.

We warmly invite you to book a complimentary consultation before your appointment if you are unsure to discuss your service or style.

We kindly ask for at least 48hrs notice for cancellations. Please agree to our booking reminder emails /texts to assist with this .

A booking fee is required when making your appointment, which will be 30% of the service cost, depending on the treatment.

Your booking fee is fully transferable or refundable if you provide the required notice of 48hrs .

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in being charged the full service amount, as we are unable to fill the appointment at short notice.

If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your full service, we will do our best to accommodate you, but the full service fee may still apply.

Sensitivity tests may be required for chemical services, and we will advise you at the time of booking or consultation.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the day purchased.
Cards must be presented at the appointment to be redeemed.
Only one gift card or offer may be used per appointment.
Gift cards cannot be used with any other discount or promotion.
Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase retail products unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase.
Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
Appointments booked with a gift card are subject to availability, and our standard cancellation policy applies.
